Court Square Condominiums, South Boston, MA

The Court Square Press building project was an adaptive re-use of 200,000 square feet plus an addition, which created 131 luxury loft residential condominium units. The building was pre-wired for telephone, cable, satellite television and high-speed Internet throughout. State-of-the-art pan, tilt, zoom color camera access control units were installed to promote tenant security and facilitate guest access. The access control system features a visual playback of daily visitors and an interface to the buildings concierge station.

Erickson Retirement Community, Hingham, MA

Erickson Retirement Community is a continuing care retirement community situated on 108-acres with three residential neighborhoods offering 1,750 units of independent housing. Telecommunications design services included master planning and customer-owned outside plant distribution design.

Kimball Court is a 525-unit mixed income development on the Woburn/Burlington line which consists of six seven-story buildings. Design services included a site survey of the customer-owned outside plant distribution and a cutover strategy for upgrading the video security systems.

Kimball Woods is a 256-unit mixed income development in Burlington. The mid-rise development features two 10-story towers separated by a 5-story structured parking facility. The project also included a new clubhouse facility and the need to integrate the access control system with an existing security infrastructure on site. Design services included voice, data, video security, access control and CATV distribution services.
